Going ‘Trackside’ with ShoreTel Australia
On February 11th, we had a spectacular end to our 2015 Australian partner incentive program with a Drive Day Experience for our six overall winning participants who flew in from all over Australia to take part in the occasion.
After an evening reception at ShoreTel House in Sydney, the following morning our winning partners and six representatives from ShoreTel’s Australian team hopped into seven super cars for a scenic drive up to the Central Coast, an hour and half north of Sydney.
After a couple of sightseeing stops along the way and lunch (wowing the other diners) at the motor racing-themed ‘Trackside Restaurant’, it was back down the highway home, always keeping to the speed limits!
It was a fabulous, once-in-a-lifetime experience for our lucky winners. In the end, we had over four hours’ worth of driving, giving each of our winners a chance to try out a Ferrari F430, Audi R8 Quattro, Nissan R35 GT-R, Maserati Granturismo, Porsche Boxster, Lotus Elise Club Racer, and the biggest crowd favorite, a Lamborghini Gallardo.
the great reward partner incentive campaign
The Drive Day was the culmination of ShoreTel’s Great Reward Partner Incentive Campaign that we ran from August to November 2015 with our Australian distribution partner, Dicker Data. It was designed to reward and recognise the diverse qualities of our national channel, from partners selling successfully into SMBs to partners focused on ShoreTel’s advanced applications and enterprise customers.
The competition had a really strong participation rate, with more than 25 percent of our Australian channel featured as either monthly or overall winners. We also had some really close contests in the ECC and new customer win categories.
