Software company pleases customers and employees – at the same time.


We recently sat down with John Bellos of Sneakers Software, to chat about how the M5 solution has impacted their business.   They have implemented the M5 Contact Center solution to eliminate an ineffective process for handling technical support calls and to improve customer service.

What struck me most about the conversation was the impact the solution had on Sneaker’s own staff.  John told us that the increased customer satisfaction rates have improved morale, as technicians feel good about their jobs and are getting happier customers at the other end of the line.
