CEO Don Joos Throws Out First Pitch To ShoreTel’s Newest MLB Customer
ShoreTel's in the Big Leagues!
As CEO, Don Joos is ShoreTel’s number one pitchman. But on May 19, Don stepped his game up a notch as he threw out the first pitch to one of the company’s newest customers – the Milwaukee Brewers -- at Miller Park in Milwaukee. Take a look:
Don’s major league pitching debut coincided with the announcement that the Milwaukee Brewers baseball organization now relies on a ShoreTel solution to increase employee productivity and improve communications between its staff and fans.
Working closely with ShoreTel partner Converged Technology Professionals, the team purchased a ShoreTel onsite solution with conferencing, integrated Enterprise Contact Center, integrated Microsoft Dynamics® CRM, and the ShoreTel Hybrid Scribe application via the cloud. A total of 250 staff members at Miller Park, along with 70 contact center agents, now use the ShoreTel solution. The system will be rolled out to the team’s Phoenix Spring training facility in the future.
The Brewers are the sixth professional baseball team to select ShoreTel for their communications needs, joining the San Francisco Giants, Los Angeles Dodgers, Boston Red Sox, Cleveland Indians and Miami Marlins.
With six MLB customers -- and Don’s recent appearance at Miller Park – it’s safe to say that ShoreTel has what it takes to deliver game-winning communications technologies that knock it out of the park for staff and fans alike.
